About

We build the WhatsApp layer your CRM was missing

Zhat Convex is built and operated by Zhat Convex Technologies. This is what we make, why, and how to hold us to it.

What we make

Zhat Convex is a shared WhatsApp inbox for teams, running on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with native two-way sync into Bitrix24 and Zoho CRM. Conversations arrive in one place, the whole team can work them, and every one of them lands in the pipeline you already run.

Why we bill the way we do

Almost every product in this category sells you a message allowance — “5,000 messages included”. It is a fiction. Meta charges per delivered message, priced by the recipient's country and the message category, and those prices differ by more than an order of magnitude between corridors. A flat message count cannot be honest in both directions at once, so it is set to be profitable in the expensive one.

We separate the two costs instead. You subscribe to the software. Messages are metered against Meta's own billable flag and drawn from a WhatsApp budget you control, at a published country-by-category rate. It is a harder thing to build and a plainer thing to explain, and we think it is the only version of this that a customer can actually audit. See pricing.

What we don't claim

We are early. We would rather say so than decorate this site with invented customer counts and five-star ratings nobody left. When there are real numbers and real customers to quote, they will appear here with names attached and links you can check.
